Staff is always very nice. Usually quiet place to stay. Great location for our needs. I like that they offer raisin bran cereal.

After long day of work came to room and no hot water to shower or bath. Ran water for 20 minutes and it never got warm enough to do more than soap up and quickly rinse. Complained to front desk and conveyed problem to lady at desk as well as told her at least 4 people at breakfast had complained about same problem. She replied that there should be no problem as they had just put in a new system. I asked for fresh towels on second day to be delivered to our room. Same woman told me she would have it done after also sending someone to check on water issues. Came back that evening to no clean towels and no hot water. The guy at front desk walked back with us that night and checked the water himself. He had been a repair staff before becoming front desk clerk and said problem definitely was issue of new system not cycling as it was supposed to and getting hot water to floor level. After a weekend of not taking a proper shower I was grateful for motel that we stopped at on long drive home and finally felt clean. The Best Western had very comfortable beds and great selection of breakfast items. Needs to make sure they follow through with guest services when telling them they are going to do something about problems. We should have been put in another room that had hot water .
The older woman at front desk in morning needs to learn how to follow through and treat guests respectfully. Arguing about a problem that is easily checked and not completing tasks with towel issue. I was executive pastry Chef at Hilton for 20 years and know hospitality business is reflected by staff from the minute they arrive. She needs to learn customer service big time.
