The location was excellent and the parking onsite was very desirable. The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft and the shower was roomy and had hot water with excellent pressure. We didn't eat breakfast as their were no protein options.
When reserving the room we didn't notice that there are full beds instead of queen beds so that was the only drawback in our room. Our next stay we will get the king bed room. The elevator by the parking lot had the heat on full blast.

Staff was great as well as the lobby. Location near the Soo Locks was exceptional!
The air conditioning in the room was not working upon arrival. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout, though I suspect it was a known issue because there was a floor fan running in the room when we arrived.

Rooms were very noisy Could hear people talking in the hallway and showers being taken in other rooms sound like they were inside my room
