Sandcastle Resort

I loved the location, parking in the garage, ocean view room with the balcony. Seating on the balcony and watching out feels like being at the beach.

Didn’t like waiting for a working elevator as the other one is out of service, didn’t like that the vanity is outside of the bathroom, and the toilet compartment, the ceiling seems older. The room is generally clean and maintained but lacks newness texture.

One elevator was out of service, the one next to it was extremely slow, probably the slowest I have ever seen.

Our tub wouldn't drain and the shower head was squirting water in the wrong direction. Maintenance should check the shower head out asap as it looks like it is leaking inside the wall and could cause a big problem with water damage or mold

I really like the View Hotel. This was my second time there. The first time I criticized the breakfast so that they could improve its quality a little, but this time it was even worse than the last time. The place for breakfast was small and it was not clean at all. The machines for toast and pancakes were not good at all and you had to wait a long time to get a pancake or a toast. For the kids, there was only milk and TV series. The breakfast was not good at all. Another thing is that all hotels have hair dryers, and considering that, I didn't bring one with me, and then I realized that there was no hair dryer, and it was very problematic for me and the kids. Another thing was that one of the elevators was broken. That one was so slow that you had to wait a long time to get up.
