Great location and quiet end of seaside park. Quiet rooms; can’t hear others at all. Everyone is very friendly. Clean room with basic accommodations. Restaurant above doesn’t serve breakfast till 8am. There is a deli next door with good coffee open at 7am

Breakfast was fine, location great
really disappointed by all the smoking. And little things, like no plug in sink, broken fan in bathroom, many flies in the room. We stopped counting after we killed a dozen.

The proximity to Seaside Park beach was excellent. Housekeeping staff was helpful as was front desk. It was nice that there was a small pool (though we never used it). There were shops and places to eat within walking distance of the motel.
The room could use a coffee maker. There is a restaurant on site (convenient) but my companion said the food wasn't so great. Room was very basic, clean enough. Ice was available in a cooler in the front lobby - if you got there too late, it was basically a watery slush pile. An ice maker would be a good addition.
