Elevator not working, and side door wouldn't work when scanning card

The front desk attendant was very friendly. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. The room was very clean. And the aesthetic of the room was cute. The pricing for my room was really great value and I would definitely stay here again. I didn't have my breakfasts at the hotel so I can't speak to that.

I really liked the staff.. Even though renovations were underway they stayed positive and made sure to ensure i had what i needed

I wish there was coffee in the rooms as well as a hair dryer but the staff explained why they were not in the rooms.

Front Desk Associate was very nice and a pleasure. Providing great customer service. Along with honesty when questioned about why it was misleading in presentation of photos.

It looked ran down and trashs was all over the parking lot. It was not what it presented in the photos. It looked really nasty on the outside and was not pleased. However, misleading and not what was expected. Sadly. We only stayed one night. We did not feel like switching hotels. The pictures online of building exterior and interior are outdated. It seems it downgraded from what it used to be. And the trash all over the parking lot did not help. Especially being it was in parking spaces guests could've occupied. Ain't nobody picking up trash if you are a customer. Just saying. It was not inviting.
