Short stopover,

Location, location, and location.

The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the unit didn't have an oven. Not even a convection oven.

Motel rooms

Rooms much smaller than expected. Dingy, poor lights. Broken fixtures. My mistake, should have booked hotel

Bikes were fun. Funky old place, needs maintenance. Paid over $400 night for a motel 6 equivalent

Great location and quiet area

Great location close to the beach. Nice sitting areas in a private setting outside with shade. Our room was nice and seemed clean. Our unit has a small kitchen area. The staff communicated with us promptly and it was easy to access the unit with their clear communication. They appeared to have some chairs and umbrellas available for use on the beach but we didn't use them.

Bathroom was a little small, if you weren't careful you could hit your head on the towel rack trying to sit on the toilet. Someone staying two units down from us asked if we found bedbugs in our room bc they supposedly had found some in their room. To be clear we did not find any in our room so it's undetermined if this was truly an issue in a different unit.

The only thing i could say is that a later check out would be nice. 10:30 is a bit early. If it was 11 or 12, it would give the guests a nice couple of hours on the beach.

Beautiful gardens and well equipped kitchen. Great location to beach and Veronica and her staff were so helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and having access to bikes and an on site laundry was perfect.

The bath was quite slow to drain but not specifically an issue.

Charming, friendly, relaxing, surrounded by nature

Great location, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, even if it rains you can set in front of your unit under a protective eave, and enjoy the natural foliage that surrounds you.

I ran out of hot water early before I finished my shower.

Relaxing, cozy spot with easy access to the beach.

There was not any meal service. We had a small, full kitchen and it was great! We ordered pizza delivery one night and also went out to dinner one night by the ocean. There are numerous grocery stores close by;Publix, Whole foods and we enjoyed Einstein Bagels for breakfast. The property provides bicycles,beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The beach is a 5 minute walk away-so convenient. The bike path was a fun ride-all the way to he boardwalk area! It is a small, cozy spot, surrounded by greenery and the other guests were friendly, as was the staff. We ate outside at the property in the evening and you can utilize their grill too. It is quiet and charming, and we would return next year!

The decor and atmosphere appeals to me. It was smaller, which is fine for me. I don't like crowds.

No one was there to meet us. I had to call the phone number. No one answered on the first call. They did answer on the second call. We had to wait outside for 20 minutes before someone showed up to give us the keys.

Perfect place in a perfect location

Location is perfect, just 150 feet from the beach. Well kept, clean property.

Some difficulty collecting the keys as the door was not left unlocked as it was supposed to be. We spoke with the owner, who was very polite and apologetic, problem was miscommunication with staff. This is not a common occurrence and it was soon rectified.

Great experience

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and are in full contact the whole time. This a very small and private owned hotel, but the place is clean, the location is unbeatable if you want access to the beach and has parking space. Totally recommended. The room is not a room, is a small apartment. Maybe going with kids might not be the best option for everybody, but as a couple I would recommend it.

It’s not walking distance of almost anything, but that’s actually a good for me.
