Great location great patio
It needed to be a bit cleaner and the room had small roaches. But management was very good in helping to take care of the problem

Location, location, and location.
The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the unit didn't have an oven. Not even a convection oven.

Very close to the beach, excellent neighborhood and a park with beach access was very close
