Lovely location overlooking the sea. Had everything we needed and staff friendly and welcoming. Own pool private beach and only a short drive away from Key west.
AC worked well but quite noisy. Also background noise from fridge. Blinds on windows did not block all light.

The location was great, right on the water with plenty of water activities available free of charge to use
I can only speak about our apartment, No 10. The size was great with 2 toilets and a great view of the water.
The negative side was that the unit needed some TLC. The shower pressure was poor, with vert little amount of water coming from the head. The unit in the bathroom had definitely seen better days with 2 out of the 3 drawers missing their base, theeefore rendered unusable. The beds were comfortable, however the struts were very loose, making you feel as though the bed could collapse at anytime if you moved too much. The refrigerator was rusting in the freezer part, which wasn’t particularly pleasant to look at, the units in the kitchen had definitely seen beater days with most of them blown and peeling.
If the owners literally spend 2/3 days on this unit it would be perfect, but as it stands the health and safety of the unit is somewhat concerning.
