Clean, large room. Walking to 3 restaurants. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant located driving distance to downtown Big Fork, with gift cards was a very nice touch. Communication with owner was easy. We are stand up paddle boarders and this location is conveniently close to Woods Bay, a great drop in spot on Flathead Lake.

The shower had a high pitched squeal and then spit water at you. The coffee in the room was poor quality. One cup and no stir sticks. We had a credit for one breakfast across the street but it didn't open until 9:30, which was too late for us.

It is close to the lake and restaurants nearby.
No one to greet you. The key code box on the on the door was hard to use and was almost non functional. No staff to greet you, no one cleaned or checked the room for 3 days until I requested it. Had to call again for TP.
