Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Close to highway and beautiful scenery. Barbara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Saw her the next morning as I was leaving and she had to stop and ask if I needed anything. Nice to see staff that are friendly and caring the following days. Bed was comfortable and shower was terrific.

I had a hard time figuring out how to use the heater/fan. I got it going at the beginning and turned off as it was warm in room. Later, I couldn’t figure out how to get it back on. It was rather loud sound like a big truck was coming down the road, but in my room.

Fraud , rip off, and rude bothering us management n their family

Managers children kept coming in room as we 4 seniors were celebrating Christmas to take away plates of food, manager charged us extra money for no reason after we left on our card and won't answer emails or phone, plus we're charged for 2 rooms we only reserve 1

For what we paid, I had hoped for more

The location was great, the lake was lovely, the lawn was well kept

It looked like the place was in a state of neglect. Rotting boards on the deck, walk way to the beach area could use some attention, all the grasses were so tall in the water where you enter kayaks and hydrobikes it was disturbing. We rented the “executive suite” and basic kitchen needs were not present, no pot holders, kitchen towels, cheese grater, pots were teflon and all scratched up.

Unfortunate

Access to the lake.

Very small beach without sand. The room had a heavy cleaning product smell with a hint of dog urine. Dinner plate sized cobweb with many many little lake flies in it. The blankets were worn. The microwave was dirty and a waterheater was in the bathroom mounted on the wall. It covered 1 or 2 more rooms as it kicked on when the water was used next door. Oh an the little flies that were in the room some had been smashed on the walls from prior guests. House cleaning must have missed it. We left after the 1st night stay. We had booked 3 days. No refunds for anything, zero.

Absolutely beautiful and magical destination

Great location with access the beautiful lake. Plenty of boat ,raft and equipment rentals to stay entertained all week. Great fishing right off the dock at the lodge. My family loved this place and we plan to be back soon

Hotel needs major renovations. Pool was closed, beach was small. Rooms need major updates. Appliances loud and walls thin. Staff was ok but seemed shady overall. Not much hospitality.

Would’ve been nice, but absolutely wasn’t!!

It was easy access to the lake.

First off we got there at around 4:30pm, the power was off. I understand that couldn’t be helped, but then we were given a room that was occupied by the regional manager of the resort… Then after they made right with a new room, we couldn’t sleep all night because we were put right next door to the regional manager of the resort who had her t.v up so loud, we kept knocking and she would just put tv back on until finally at around 3:45 in the am she turned it off. We could hear her talking to her husband until after 3 in the morning. Then when we told the person up front he told me he would call us back. Didn’t give us a discount on the room, I paid over 300$ for 1 night! It was the most sleep deprived and uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had…

Nice place to stay on the lake.

Great interactions with front desk, quick response to the few things we needed. Great communication. The kitchenette room we had was dated but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen actually worked!

No complaints. A bigger room and lower price is always nice but this met our needs this time.

Nice relaxing getaway. Would come back again if priced better

Setting was nice and peaceful. It was out of season and only a few guests. Staff was helpful and cordial. We were able to check out later than 11 am. The lake is beautiful.

Room was smaller than expected. Could have been cleaned a little better. There was dust on the headboard and other areas. Price paid was too high for the amenities provided.

I had the best time and enjoyed myself to the fullest. They have boat rentals that are super fun.

No breakfast. They need to open the restaurant. I love the staff and the lake. I love it there. Everyone is very nice. It's the most beautiful place ever. Mia the lady at front desk is amazing she is so nice and has the best personality.

The beds are very uncomfortable. But for 2 nights I could handle it.

It is a gem

This property is a gem. Located by the beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. Looks like Switzerland. The room is nice and clean, all furniture and appliances are new and very comfortable. You can rent a boat of different sizes. The manager is super hospitable and responsive. We will definitely come back.

We had plans with friends and family up the road so basically just used the room to shower and sleep

Perfect location for our purpose. Room okay, clean. We were provided extra blankets on request, after a cold restless first night. Appreciate mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

The motel is old, not updated. Room is smaller than comparably priced locations, with limited storage space. The heater was not up to the task of bringing the room temperature up to a comfortable level on the first night. It worked better the 2nd day, after being warmer to start. Limited breakfast option, and only open after 8:00 am.
