Staff was incredibly receptive and helpful! There were plenty of pool towels ready for use in a clear place. Staff was on top of making sure the tile was mopped after lots of little wet feet ran back and forth on it, to and from the pool.
Our rooms were clean and exactly what my family needed to relax. My father-in-laws room was also clean and tidy. Both were well stocked for our stays.
Pool and hot tub were perfectly kept, the chlorine in the pool was a little heavy handed but we assumed it was in anticipation of lots of children and were not bothered by it in the least.
Breakfast was as expected, with a variety for my family to pick from. Gotta love a waffle iron!
We will be back when we visit our family here. :-)
My daughter jumped into the pool (she is 2 years old) but that isn't anyone's fault but ours!

The refrigerator was not plugged in so we lost a small amount of food since we realized it wasn't until leaving!

Refrigerator was frozen up, so wasn't cold. The breakfast was nothing to write home about.
The whole place is out of date and run down. I I'll not be staying at an Ameriicaan Inn again. Wyndham always had a good name but no anymore for me.
