How the hotel staff walked in on me before check out time it was 10:30am when then they kept knocking on the door and me starting multiple Times I’ll be checking out at 11:00am.

I will not be staying here again. Horrible service and lack of amenities.

The room itself was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room came with a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom is what you’d expect and the TV gets the job done. I like that there was a 7 eleven nearby. The sink is nice as well. Towels were also provided.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He mentioned there was going to be power maintenance being done overnight to the morning which was very upsetting since it was a very hot summer day and humid night. It turns out nothing happened or maintenance got done quicker than expected. The room did not include a hairdryer or iron like it was advertised. If I had to request those amenities, I’d prefer that to be stated on the website. But either way you shouldn’t say the room includes this when it doesn’t. That’s false advertising. The tenants in adjacent rooms were kind of loud at times. The TV had this setting that tells you very loudly that you’re changing the volume and it’s really annoying. I understand if it’s to accommodate people with a visual disability but I’d like a clear option to disable it. The ceiling fan in the bathroom makes this really loud jarring noise and you can’t do anything about it since it turns on when you turn the light on. The only option is never turning the light on but at night it’s necessary to see.

I recommend staying at the hotel for its value and location. I had no problems.

The parking was excellent, and the room was quite large, with a minibar and good internet access. The shower worked well, and the beds were squeaky but comfortable. The service was excellent and hassle-free. Jesse was very friendly and made our room as needed.

There were a few ants in our room, but nothing out of the ordinary. The cleanliness was 8.5/10 and we were overall happy with our stay.

If you just need a bed to sleep in and a room.sure mission hotel works

The space in the actual room.

Parking spots were tight. Small and poorly placed. Our car was hit/swiped by someone in the lot and they ran or left. Didn’t see the car when we left. We told hotel staff and they said they’ll check the cameras and get back to us.

I went there for leisure it not far from the Greenline and shopping near by. The rooms were quiet, and the air conditioner worked and the water was nice and hot. The way I like it. The bathroom was clean. The Tv's worked and had cable. I've stayed there 2 times so far and will be back.

Dirty everything was dirty nothing was clean manager was rude as hell came to our door asking for sum money that she did

The size of the room is for Huge. Everything was clean. Outside looked nice with all beautiful flowers. Clean as well. Employees were great day and night shift.

TV was not easy to operate, didn't work , and there was a connecting room, really didn't like that , so I put chair in front of it.

I had trouble finding the hotel because the address found here was wrong. I waited twenty minutes with no one at the front desk for check in. He tried giving me a room with a broken door lock.

Awesome !

I LOVE staying here. It’s not my first time. I used to come here a lot a couple of years ago. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to stay again. It’s the best. The staff is very friendly. It’s a quiet area considering where it’s located. The rooms are pretty big for the prices. I just all around love the place.

Disappointing

The distance from the Motel to LAX was fine. Reception and staff was friendly and kind. The motel was alright.

The room was alright. However, it felt dirty and not properly cleaned. No aircondition and the possibility to open the window there was not a good choice as there were shouting and cars driving by all the time. I would not come here again. Furthermore, the area was apparently not the best. The pictures and the actual room was alike but the room did feel dirty and the bathing room was not satisfactory.

Truly there was noise around the whole night, kids plaing outside, a dig braking, and a drunk couple taking the whole night , and I could'nt sleep weel, I have to call 911. The microwave and T. V. never funtion,
