    40 min to check in.. had only one person working desk... water pressure was low.. they did notify me of it but was on the 2-4 floor.. I was on 8th... next day no hot water abd again had to wait almost 20 min just to notify front desk due to only one person.. stayed here lots of time but seems that the prices are going up and the service is not as priority.. Breakfast is superb. Room clean and cozy.. But they are remodeling andi have to take that in consideration but that should not effect front desk staffing

    Hotel was nice upon entrance but breakfast room, pool and lobby showed signs of past glory and current disregard.
