Beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub, and the outdoor grilling area is amazing.

It was located close to the activities we were interested in participating in. When I arrived, I checked in knowing it was a couple hours early. And the front desk was very kind and was able to get a hold of me when our room was ready. Heather was at the front desk and was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will be back.

BAD SERVICE. RUDE MANAGER. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED

Honestly I had such a bitter experience that I can't think of anything that it is positive. Misleading information for tourists that led into a parking ticket and they blamed it on me. They are a MOTEL. Not a lodge or a resort. Plain motel. They accommodated our crew of 4 people in a 2 people bedroom. Poor WIFI connection.

Most of it the service. They go really rude with me. Ignoring my requests while I was in person and when I followed up by email they replied in a extremely rude way. Never been treated like that in hospitality. The price! It's a MOTEL. Not a lodge. NOT A RESORT DEFINITELY and it was almost as expensive as other actual resorts in the area. So Disappointed.

Very relaxing and comfortable

We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. From the friendly greeting upon arrival, the clean comfy room, the breakfast and the beautiful grounds we enjoyed our stay very much. Just wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

The bed was very comftable.

Bathroom door and size of bathroom. Decor was old. Paint on walls very glossy. Free breakfast not enough choices. $406.00 per night was extremely over priced. One family took over the fire pit area.

The location was nice and it felt homey from the outside of the building. They offered 3 bed rooms.

There was dirt and makeup grime in the room around the sinks and soap dispensers, the bedding wasn’t clean on one of the 3 beds, the restroom was dirty in the bathtub. As we were checking out we were asked how the stay was and and I was expressing we weren’t completely satisfied the lady attending the front desk cut my sentence short and walked away.

Enjoyed the room I had, a king bed, and due to allergies, nothing to worry about. I will stay again.

Very easy and plenty of parking. Walking distance to some great restaurants, beach, grocery store close and casino. Quieter area than the City of Chelan. Lobby (check in) waited for me 15 min past close as I had a long drive with traffic to get there. Didn't use the pool and picnic areas, but great set up. Enjoyed the simple two plastic chairs and small table outside the room to just sit and watch the world.

I wished the simple breakfast area had the waffle machine on before 8am, as I had to be In Chelan both days before 8, so ended up getting a snack and carrying it into my meetings. The spinning shower head was interesting, but needed a removable hand wand, as my wife is short, so harder to use. Room fridge could be colder, as I turned it up, and had special dietary foods that wife needed to eat. Good plastic utensils though.

Anniversary Trip to Chelan

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

It wasn't a huge issue, but the ceiling fan remote didn't work and we couldn't get the light on the fan to turn on. Until 3:30 a.m. the morning we left. It woke us up. I think the guests in one of the rooms next to us had our remote and we had theirs. That was the only "bad experience we had. I will say that if you go expecting breakfast, be aware that it's cereal, toast, waffles, and some fruit.

It was strict on what was allowed. Pool was very clean and heated. Room was very clean and smelt really nice as we 1st walked in.

I didnt like was the shower pressure. It was very low and didn't feel like I rinsed off soap well. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Other than those 2 things it was great place to stay.
