Proximity to a very beautiful beach and to John’s Pass. Everything is walkable and it is a great place to stay with our Yorkshire terrier.
The room apartment was dated and the 4 of us needed a second queen bed (not a full bed). For our stay we made it work, but it would have made the stay more comfortable.

I have stayed at this property before and the location is perfect
I have stayed in several units here before and this was the most dated. The flooring in the second bedroom is coming up and the bed moves around. This bedroom in particular is in need a coat of paint

The location was great with the beach right across the street and John’s Pass just a short walk away. We were on the 6th floor and saw beautiful sunsets and watched dolphins from our balcony.
Check in was rather confusing as we had to find the office and then were sent to a different building to stay. There was no pretty view of the inter coastal or any outdoor areas to sit and relax anywhere on the property. The pool itself was nice, but it was in the middle of the parking lot between the two buildings and you had to walk through a parking garage and across the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant to get to it. The condo itself was cute, but the floors were filthy and it just wasn’t clean. The washing machine was a nightmare to figure out. The remote to the tv didn’t work right. Several lights didn’t work. There was dirt in the hallways and the elevator - even a pill on the floor that was there all week.
