Love the location, both the beach & shops within a quick walk Our unit was great, clean, comfortable & well decorated

The front door sticks & is very loud to open & shut. Would rather have a code lock than keep track of a physical key. The fire alarm went off early on the morning & we had to evacuate (sounded like someone in the bldg burnt bacon)

The beds are very uncomfortable. Also it doesn't say you can't have 2 cars it only says free parking. The facility will only issue 1 parking permit per unit.

The location was great with the beach right across the street and John’s Pass just a short walk away. We were on the 6th floor and saw beautiful sunsets and watched dolphins from our balcony.

Check in was rather confusing as we had to find the office and then were sent to a different building to stay. There was no pretty view of the inter coastal or any outdoor areas to sit and relax anywhere on the property. The pool itself was nice, but it was in the middle of the parking lot between the two buildings and you had to walk through a parking garage and across the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant to get to it. The condo itself was cute, but the floors were filthy and it just wasn’t clean. The washing machine was a nightmare to figure out. The remote to the tv didn’t work right. Several lights didn’t work. There was dirt in the hallways and the elevator - even a pill on the floor that was there all week.
