About this house rental
300 m from the port of Colombiers Canal du Midi and 15 km from the sea between Beziers and Narbonne, this villa for 8 people is a place of charm, calm and relaxation with its superb view of the scrubland.
New in 2019 HEATED AND SECURE SWIMMING POOL with waterfall
You will be able to benefit fully from its garden without opposite with its spa for 5 people in service all the year.
The whole villa is tastefully decorated (depending on the season) and includes several relaxation areas: 2 covered terraces, a mezzanine library with a large skylight.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
-Large living room, dining room and kitchen team with fully equipped central island (90 m2) overlooking a covered terrace and garden
-1 bedroom with 160 bed with wardrobe / bedside tables
-1 bedroom with 140 bed with dressing closet + baby umbrella bed with comfortable mattress + changing mat + chair for bathtub
-1 bathroom with spa bath
-1 separate toilet
-1 covered terrace with a dining area with plancha and a garden for aperitif.
UPSTAIRS :
-1 parental suite with a bed in 160 with bathroom (shower) dressing room
-1 separate toilet with a sink area
-1 sleeping area with pull-out beds (comfortable mattresses) in 160 or 80 for two people or 1 person overlooking a covered terrace with garden furniture (see photo)

We all had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa which had everything you could a want. Chantal was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with information.The weather was so hot so the air conditioning throughout the villa was a boon! Lovely pool and garden and easy access to Béziers and Canal du Midi.Would absolutely recommend

Gorgeous house, luxurious & comfortable with all conveniences. Situated in quiet area of village-easily walkable to amenities. Delightful helpful hosts.

We waren met onze 2-jarige dochter twee weken in de villa. De villa is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. Het uitzicht op de tuin en op het graanveld is fantastisch. Veel privacy en vooral heerlijk rustig doordat de villa aan het einde van een doodlopende weg zit. Het dorpje is klein, maar heeft de benodigde basisvoorzieningen. Op 300 meter een mooie speeltuin. Loopafstand naar de 2 bakkers is ongeveer 500 meter. Lekker brood, zelfs speltbrood (l’épeautre)!
Op woensdag is er markt met kramen voor vlees, groente, fruit en vis.
In Montady (3 km verderop) zit een Aldi. Veel goedkoper dan een Casino supermarkt.
Voor het strand gingen we naar Valras plage. Het is 25 minuten rijden met de auto. Een strandparasol was ook in het huis aanwezig.
Het plaatsje Narbonne en de markt op donderdag/zondag is ook erg aan te raden.
We kijken met heel veel plezier terug op deze vakantie.
