The rooms were spacious, and the view was nice overlooking the pool.
The room door did not lock properly.

Roxanne at the front desk was the ONLY thing that made my trip great. I do not like the fact that I paid extra for early check in, late check out and a $25 resort credit and upon check in I was told that I would NOT be getting any of those things. I also paid for parking and booking.com said parking was part of the resort fee. I won’t be staying there again. And I will NEVER EVER book with booking.com again
The fact that I paid extra for amenities that I didn’t receive. The false advertising that booking.com had on their site.

Almost everything.
We were promised we would only have to sit through the timeshare presentation for an hour and no matter how hard we tried to get back to our kids we were there for 2 hours. The battery on our rental car died and maintenance didn’t have jumper cables to come give us a jump.

Location
Booked 2 bedroom unit. Sparsely equipped for 4 people. Poor internet. Had to log in every day. Weekly “tidy” up didn’t show up until dinner time. Did it ourselves. Guest services not helpful. Pool bar expensive.
