Room Floors were stained with very dirty spots, Room Smelled. Tv in bedroom did not work. NO eggs or bacon for breakfast with 1 hour left to eat. Did not refill.

It was conveniently located. The room was amazing, it was spacious and very clean.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking but still had a wonderful stay!

I love that this property is right beside a very big mall (Kenwood Centre)! Loved going to the Popmart store. I like that this hotel has a pretty pool area & it was quiet. The breakfast was good for me. Kings island was only 15-20 minutes away as well.

The only thing I didn’t like about this stay was the bed. The middle of our bed was sunken in. Very uncomfortable if you’re laying in bed with someone else. We rolled into the middle. Neck and back hurt very bad.

It was well lit. The towels and sheets were very clean and white. The fragrance of the toiletries was nice.

You can hear the highway traffic all night long. The bed had a sunken spot in the middle. The couch seat was also sunken. It could definitely be cleaner in the bathroom.

The spacious room, bed was comfortable and fantastic pillows. Breakfast was good. The staff were very polite. Overall a good experience.

Much better stay than last time. The elevator is working and while there was strong weed smell outside the building, the room and hallways smelled fresh.

Breakfast isn't very good. See thru bacon, gray mystery sausage patties that missed the browned part of brown and serve. Eggs were not "real" but we're ok. Waffles were the saving grace. We skipped breakfast on the second day. Not worth the calories

The man at the front desk never smiled. I wonder if he didn't understand English as a first language because I had to lean in to understand the mumbling. He could have told me my room number, the pool, and the policy of the 100 dollars charged to my card if there are any damages to rhe room, but I had to ask questions about everything. I like my front desk people happy and excited to see me, he looked like he was ready to get off work.

When we walked into the room there was a strong smell. A sour, fishy smell. The room was big and we loved the sofa and living area separate from the bed and bathroom area, but the smell was so strong we had to go buy some air freshener and plug ins to combat the sour odor. The room was clean, but the smell was overwhelming. We weren't sure if it was the carpet or the refrigerator. It really ruined the experience.

WOW! I was blown away! We stayed in the Queen Room with a kitchenette. The kitchen area consists of cabinet space, a small fridge, a sink and a microwave that IS extremely clean - we checked, lol - it's a habit! There was a desk with a lamp above it - which was needed since I had a meeting online immediately upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and bed bug free - we checked, lol - it's a habit. There is a closet area with hangers that is nice in size. The bathroom was nice but a little small. However, we adored the shower. The shower head was perfect with soft water hitting the skin. The continent breakfast was AMAZING and perfect for us! LOTS of options : turkey sausage, cheese egg omelette, breakfast potatoes, gravy, biscuits, waffles (you had to cook yourself via the waffle maker, so they were fresh, apples, oranges, raisin bran cereal, other brans of cereal, glazed doughnuts, crescent rolls, banana nut muffin (packaged) cinnamon or blueberry muffin (packaged), yogurt, a coffee machine with hot chocolate, decaf coffee, regular coffee, cappuccino and other options, and fresh water. The facilities stay clean as you consistently see workers wiping down tables, the front desk counter etc. The workers were very friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming! The neighborhood was extremely peaceful, quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for. We were able to enjoy a movie without hearing the occupants next door - if there were any. We were also able to relax without any outdoor loud noises such as ambulances, fire trucks and such. There are vending machines on the second floor with your average snacks - Grippos, Doritos, peanut butter/cheese crackers, chocolate options such as Reese's Cups etc. There was also a vending machine for drinking beverages such as Coke and Sprite with the option to use a credit/debit card. Close parking was available near the entrance to the facility. I truly can't complain.

At about 9am on the day of check out, my fiance and I were sitting on the sofa when we heard a knock at the door. It was housekeeping. A guy and a woman. Before we could say anything the door was opened followed by a swift apology when they saw us. Checkout time is 11am and we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Just wanted to give a heads up to this in case anyone is showering at this time and find themselves in this awkward position.

Breakfast choices were great. The lady who was there each morning was very dutiful in keeping everything stocked.

Stayed 4 nights, room was never cleaned. We even asked and were told no. Same litter in hallway was there all 4 days

It was very clean. The room was wonderful!

The staff was so kind and accommodating. They were probably the best part of the stay. I was shocked to find that the room was pretty clean, especially the tub. It looked clean enough to actually take a bath in which is rare these days.

The cleaning crew may have missed it.But there's a smeared booger next to the bathroom door on the wall in the bathroom. And whoever the previous person was that stayed in that room left some green, chewed up gum on the floor that stuck to the carpet under the desk. I would have never known it was there if I didn't step on it in the morning while eating breakfast. Also the breakfast could have been better. The sausage patties were really dry and the biscuits were pretty hard.

It was our first night of a three week trip and I hoped that all our future nights would be as good. We were able to walk to a good restaurant for dinner. We were able to easily get to the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens that are terrific.

elevator was under construction, room was on the third floor & had to take the stairs… hot water in shower wasn’t really hot, more cold.

The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. Location to food and entertainment was great.

One of the locks did not work on our door. We told staff who didn’t do anything to fix it or offer another room. Overpriced for the quality of hotel.

Tamara who work the front desk check me in she was so professional excellent customer service. Throughout my stay I had a few special things that I requested just because I had my 5-year-old grandson with me the accommodated me the whole staff was so very nice pillows very fluffy bed so comfy everything was great. If I had to say anything it would be that to maintenance the pool area better they have a grill which I would have loved to use but it hadn't been cleaned in Forever and they have the kitchenette but there are no dishes.

I felt very safe great location right by Kenwood Mall once again the staff was amazing Tamara in my opinion set the atmosphere at the very beginning to have an excellent stay

People were very nice and accommodated our requests. Breakfast options EXCELLENT and included gluten free and dairy free options.

Back steps and outside area was a bit trashy with cigarette butts.

Everything was excellent like always.
