My family and I had arrived early. Although they were booked, they worked swiftly to get us a clean room before check in. The hotel was clean. The hotel staff was pleasant. The lady managers Amanda, Jo Jean and another young lady really worked with the guests to make their stay comfortable. They were congenial to me and my kids as we were staying longer than expected due to a blizzard in the Northeast.
This is minor, I’d like the k-cups replenished daily if possible. But again this is minor. I can ask housekeeping or use the daily coffee tea provided in the lobby.

There is a lot of road noise we were in a room facing the road.

Nothing stands out
Not given water on check in. One bathroom on ground floor not clean and not working. One elevator not working out of 2. No room to sit at breakfast. 845 the cook says no more eggs coming. Only 1 cook. No trash cans in sight to clean a place to sit. Not close to any restaurants
