Ok but could be cleaner and tubs need updated/replaced

Breakfast was good, front desk staff were nice and helpful 😊

The bath tub was dirty, I had to shower with a towel at bottom of tub to stand on since the tub wasn't clean. I moved the dresser with TV on top of it closer to the couch area so that a person can watch TV from bed and another from sofa, there was dirt and some trash under the dresser.

The motel is definitely showing it's age. Some stuff is wearing out and ragged. But, you get what you pay for. Seemed clean enough.

The price.

It was filthy dirty, also hair everywhere and blood stains on pillows, stains on sheets. Bedbugs and roaches. Explained everything and showed pictures. They didn't want to solve my issue so I requested a full refund!

Horrible

The room was filthy. Blood on the sheets brown spots of some type of drink spilled. Hair in the tub crumbs on the desk and night stands. It was disgusting. Bed was hard as a rock

STAFF WAS GREAT, the rest of the hotel stay was not.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, and in this day and age of multiple story hotels that was so surprising. And there was NO mention of this online from booking.com, or when I spoke to the hotel. With an artificial hip and arthritis in the other one, this was very painful just coming and going upstairs to our room, even with the help from the staff to get our luggage up to our room. Very surprised that nothing was said about no elevator service in the write up on the booking.com website. This is something that should be noted.

clean room. curtains had spots on them. lamp shade had splatters on it. bathtub had black mold in jets. Floor was dirty, socks black. afraid to use coffee pot due to mole in rub. ice container middle had black mold/stains on it. only 1 ice maker working. could not get ice. the one not working was molded

Perfect Stay for Balloon Fiesta

1 mile from the Balloon Fiesta and they provided free van service (drop off and pick up). They were so accommodating. We also were able to watch the balloons from the air, from the hotel! Excellent location.

Location is good, close to restaurants and shops.

Room was disgusting and seems the staff doesn't care about cleaning. Bed sheets had urine and blood stains which we had to have switched out. Tub was grimey and clogged, old food under the sink. Nasty body odor smell throughout the halls. At least they didn't charge us extra for the roaches we shared the room with. Nothing says quality like having a roach crawl on you while you're sleeping. Avoid this hotel if you enjoy a restful night.

Possibly one of the worst stays I've had

I enjoyed the front desk staff.

The TV didn't work, pool was dirty, breakfast was lackluster, but the worst of all was how dirty the room was. Makeup stains on the pillows and sheets. Indicating they were NOT changed. I had to ask front desk for clean sheets and I changed the bedding myself. Also, there was a huge puddle of water on the floor when we came in. I had to dry that up as well.

Soft mattresses but otherwise a very good hotel.

1. Pet fee of 10.00 per pet was lovely and we did not mind the deposit which was refunded the next day. 2. Breakfast was lovely. 3. Extra towels provided, no problem. 4. We were reserved a ground floor room which is a must for us if there are no elevators. We are in our 70"s and cannot do flights of stairs. 5. The room was near our parking spot which we loved. 6. Everything was clean. 7. Refrigerator was large, hurray! 8. And microwave and ice machine worked, another YAY. 9. It was quiet, a wonderful bonus.

Other things made it hard. 1.The location was several miles past our connection to 40W. We had to double back to it, and the GPS confused us;--next time we will know better. (not your fault) 2. The bathtub had no plug and I need to soak in hot baths for therapy. All bathtubs should have a working plug!!! 3. The mattresses were soft. I tossed and turned all night and only got 3 hours sleep and awoke exhausted. Firmer mattresses are a MUST.

Uncomfortable Stay!

Breakfast good and staff friendly

No elevator. Had to haul heavy suitcases up the stairs. The hotel had uncomfortable beds and pillows. Mattresses are in need of replacement. Facility was very dirty. Very noisy. No outside smoking areas or places to gather to visit with other family members during stay. Parking was a problem. Worst Quality Inn I have experienced. Would not recommend.

It had a bed and toilet that flushed.

Screaming people fighting in the hallway all night. Heater had no function to turn itself on and off with auto and the temperature. Either blasted hot air or cold air. Impossible to regulate and sleep comfortably.

Great place for a balloon fiesta stay.

Near the balloon fiesta park and a shuttle was provided. Has a pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants. Right off the freeway!

Comfortable, affordable and GREAT A/C!

The location for us was great! We went to shop for both our kids back to school supplies and clothing. The shopping areas were 10-15 mins away from us. We also went to see the Planetarium/Dinosaur museum and the zoo. It was a good trip away from home for the week. The price was affordable and the room was clean and the A/C worked great!

The heat but not the hotels fault but the A/C worked great and kept our room cool throughout our stay :)

Won't be going back

Well first when we pulled up we noticed there was trash every where don't look like they clean outside. Got our room key proceeds to walk to our room and the whole hall way smells liked dog urine. Walls dirty rooms ok bathrooms were dirty didn't look like they sweeped or mopped
