Beautiful, fully equipped luxury holiday apartment with full sea view. Newly refurbished in 2019 to a very high specification. The apartment benefits from Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, English & other international tv channels. South West facing balcony directly overlooking Plaza de Los Cangrejos and Torrecilla beach. Located within a small gated community - Las Fuentes de Nerja. Immaculately kept swimming pool. One minute stroll to beach and five minute stroll to the famous Balcon de Europa passing numerous shops, bars & cafes en route. The picturesque town of Nerja oozes with charm and character popular with tourists, locals and families alike. This property is registered with the Junta de Andalucia Consejeria de Turismo y deporte Identification no. CTC-2017072926. IMPORTANT - Book with confidence during the Covid-19 pandemic, if you are unable to travel to this property due to restrictions imposed by the UK Government / Government of the country in which you reside / Government of Spain, you may change the date of your booking to an alternative date of your choice (subject to availability) at no extra cost save for any additional rental cost of the new dates that apply at the time the change of date is requested. Any advance rental payments you have made will be automatically offset against your new booking date. Requests for a change of date must be received by the owner in advance of your booking arrival day. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled and cancellations receive no refunds.

We were a family of for adults. Everything was as it was described on website. We used the swimming pool every day even if the opening hours were not most comfortable.We had problems only with accessing the apartment: The main gate was closed when we arrived and it was closed all the time (24/7) during our 5 days stay. Arriving first time, we could go in the area only with help of nearby bar keeper. The "only one keys in use" principle doesn't work well with a group of for adults having partly separate programs and time tables. It was very easy to communicate with Anita. The location was very near of the see and many restaurants etc.

We’ve visited Nerja several times. This was the best apartment but worst weather. Of the 3 weeks 2 were very wet & cool and the last week some sunshine and warmer. The apartment was great. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The amenities are very good. We didn’t get a chance to spend time on the terrace due to the weather. Exceptional provision of info regarding use of apartment appliances etc, and also restaurants, getting around and travel. Also info re local attractions. The location of the Fuentes apartments is brilliant wit immediate access to shops, beaches, restaurants and bars and only a short walk to town centre. We would readily stay again but at different time of year.

That apartment was great. The location was great. However we will not return due to serious issues around parking, which on the last day of our stay resulted in the car being towed away from a spot I thought was legal. The other "need to know" is that no beds are ever available on the local beach and these are owned in the main by the Rui hotel group. You can walk further and to a poorer beach and if lucky you may find a bed and psrosol that has not been reserved. It appears that all beds need to be reserved the day in advance, as we discovered when using Burriana for most of our stay. We disappointed at only having two colapsable chairs and purchased two for our friends which we left at the apartment. The crockery needs an overhaul as usable items were not in groups that four let alone six could use.
