Very pleasant staff. Great location
One of our pillowcases had what looked like mold on it. Staff was good about changing both pillow and pillowcase but no offer for compensation

The room needed repairs, kind of neglected of basic repairs that would not really cost much to make it better. The faucet in the bathroom was getting plugged, wall plates broken, missing towel bar in the bathroom, needed calking in the bathroom.
fix things in the room, have more items for breakfast. Restaurant closed early - not happy about that, as I chose this hotel specifically for the restaurant being available!!!!
