Comfortable but could be a little cleaner

The bed was comfortable. Spacious room.

There were hairs in the sink and shower plus the toilet seat that had what I hope was dried dirt on it when we arrived. I just wiped them down myself. My daughter dropped her clothes in the floor by the bed and we found coins and trash under there that weren't ours. Not sure when the last time the beds were vacuumed under. It seems outdated compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff was nice. Breakfast was decent.

The rooms smelled musty and also strange, like food or something. The air wasnt turned on, so the rooms were humid at first. The floor was damp,like it had just been shampooed. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was out of order. The ice machine didnt work. The first floor had flooded so we had to take 4th floor room and haul our bicycles up the elevator. Probably will not stay there again.

Very old and going through renovations which was not disclosed when booking. Hot tub not in service, bar area closed, ice machines out. Supposed to have adult swim from 10pm-11:00 pm and kids in pool at 10:00- closing. Front desk was aware kids in pool during adult swim

Pool area was just ok and the hot tub was not working for the whole 2 day stay Breakfast was very minimal. Instant oatmeal packaged sweet rolls and coffee was instant

This hotel would be a "Plan B" hotel in the event I could not find something else - not a favorite.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Location was convenient to The Momentary

Layout and design of the building overall was strange. The walk to your room was windy like a maze. Places where there should be space was tight and in other places there was too much space. Just configured weird. You could have fit another half a room in the space between my beird and the wall with the TV. We called it a dance floor. It also seemed like some facilities like the pool area was not functioning and multiple doors had handwritten signs saying out of order. Brekfast area was one of the areas that was too tight. There wa no place to walk or sit that was not in someone's way.

Most rude woman working at check-in!!

Lady at check-in was either very poorly trained or just naturally rude. She told me the “virtual card” from Booking.com was declined so she couldn’t give me a room! What?! I showed her I had an email confirming I had already paid for my room. She said I paid Booking.com but they didn’t received proper payment from Booking.com. I told her I had nothing to do with that: to which she snapped at me saying I DID! I was the one who used a third party instead of booking directly with them!! WOAH!! WOW! Never, have I ever had any trouble like that or been treated so rudely!!! After her telling me I would have to call BOOKING.COM to settle the matter she proceeded to tell me the hotel had been cheated out of a 2% AP Tax (like I had something to do with that!!) She finally, very pissy, took off some tax and finally gave me my room key!! No need to worry; I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!

Not bad if you’re willing to look over a few things. It is close to Memorial Park.

It was close to Memorial Park. air conditioner ran great. Staff was friendly.

Black mold in the shower. Toilet constantly ran and dripped unless you went back in later and wiggled the handle. Carpet in the stairwell is really dirty. The waffle bar was awful. no whipped, cream no nuts,no fresh fruit, or chocolate chips, nothing but syrup and jelly, but I don’t know who puts jelly on waffles.

Weekend visit.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, but almost every time I went to the front desk, it was left unattended. I had to wait a bit for someone to show up. There is no way to let someone know you're at the desk. The hot tub is still broken, We stayed here back in October 2024, and the hot tub was broken at that time too. All in all, I would stay again.

I stayed here with my friend in a room with two queen beds. There was only one bar of soap in the bathroom and no shower gel or body wash of any kind. We also chose this hotel because it has a hot tub but we did not get to use it because it was out of order during our stay.

This hotel is very close to the Crystal Bridges Museum. It met our needs for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

We had a problem with the tv it kept having pixel breaking down off and on , they came and replaced the HDMI cable , the coax cable did not fix , so they changed the cable box , did not work he even changed the tv did not solve the poblem , he said he would check further into it but did not hear back from him .

Not what I expected

It was close to the things we wanted to do and see. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The first night, we had no hot water. We told them about it the next morning and they moved us to another room. It sounded like it was a common problem. The smoking area was directly in front of the main entrance, and there was always someone there smoking. Very unpleasant smell. The landscaping around the front wasn't cared for, my first impression when we arrived was that I had chosen the wrong place to stay.

Breakfast, pool, location on East Central that took us directly to downtown, microwave and refridgerator were nice amenities.

The young woman who checked us in on the afternoon of June 1 was not personable, friendly or very helpful; there were two, this one was white with darkish blond hair. What I was paying for my room was not very clear. There were not any towel racks in the bathroom. On several occasions late at night or very early in the morning the phone rang and no one was on the line. Both key cards took 3 or 4 tries to unlock the door. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet.

Disappointing!!!

I guess we were about 30 minutes late. Got down there at 9:30 and the employees were eating. Said it was over for guests.

The bathroom lighting was horrible!!! Had to go to a department store to finish my makeup! The water pressure was horrible…there was only just a few light sprinkles coming out of the faucet. Then the old stale smoke smell topped of the frustrations!!!

Clean, quiet hotel in an good location.

Overall this is an very nice hotel. The queen suite was very spacious, well appointed, quiet and clean. For visiting Crystal Bridges Museum the hotel is in an excellent location.

Was unable to adjust the AC; none of the controls seemed to work. Not much hot water for a shower. Breakfast was adequate but unremarkable and the coffee at this hotel is horrible.
