Location & staff were great and accommodating. There were a few issues. Pool was nice, heated with beach near by. Childrens park next to pool was a plus. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee. Place was clean and plenty of parking
Security on beach wasnt exceptional. Drunk teenagers threatening guests and using resort chairs and tables. Construction was daily and noisy. The room above us was either housing staff members or Construction crews as they returned to the room nightly at 12am noisy till 2am and then woke up at 6am daily. I could hear every step, doorslam, patio door. I was told that people were checking in at MIDNIGHT twice? Really? Didnt believe that one bit. I was hoping the hotel would of taken my complaints more seriously. Constant morning wake up from clanging bottles from homeless or others taking all recycling from bins on beach Pull sofa bed is like sleeping on a wire fence! Even with a bed foam mattress topper provided after complaint still wasnt ok
