The hotel clearly doesn't reach 4 stars, the pool is very small, there's only one elevator for the entire hotel, parking costs $50, and you have to wait for your transport to arrive. and my request to change the number was denied

Cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job.

Front desk and concierge were not overly friendly. Also, the curtains in our room were not up to standard for the price we paid. No privacy curtain installed until we complained. Sheer curtains were a joke. Response was to get a curtain installed that was too small to fit the window. Had to use a chair to pin the curtain against the wall for full coverage on the bottom and had to use a coat to cover the top portion. Tried to contact management 3 times during our 3 day stay with no success. Emailed the owner after our stay and the response was basically "too bad". I'm sure the hotel will respond with some lame excuse. Avoid this property.

had an awful experience at this hotel. I went nearly four nights without sleep because of an unbearable, constant noise coming from the ceiling in my room. The hotel claimed it was caused by water valves/pipes, but they offered no real solution. I reported it multiple times. The front desk’s response was basically, “The hotel is full, there’s nothing we can do.” Management was no better — they ignored the issue entirely. The lack of care and urgency was disappointing and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here if you value rest or customer service.

Carpet in room needed updating , some chipped paint , mattress and pillows were not super comfortable. Outside jacuzzi area is small and was very crowded , noisy at night . But overall room was clean , nice toiletries and coffee

Rooms are cozy. Nice building. Great valet guy, nicest person on staff.

Parking, breakfast, etc. for extra charge. For the daily price of the room, parking could be included and / or breakfast. Bathroom, shower, bath tub not clean. Water temperature display in the shower was wrong. The cold is hot and hot is cold. There is no fan in the bathroom. I pre ordered food items to be in the room before checking in, and it did not happen until after our arrival. White wine was room temperature and should have been chilled hours before our check-in time. Staff at check-in not very friendly, very short with me, and i felt rushed during the checking process. For Vail, it was a very disappointing experience.
