Carpet in room needed updating , some chipped paint , mattress and pillows were not super comfortable. Outside jacuzzi area is small and was very crowded , noisy at night . But overall room was clean , nice toiletries and coffee

Okay, but not great.

Rooms are cozy. Nice building. Great valet guy, nicest person on staff.

Parking, breakfast, etc. for extra charge. For the daily price of the room, parking could be included and / or breakfast. Bathroom, shower, bath tub not clean. Water temperature display in the shower was wrong. The cold is hot and hot is cold. There is no fan in the bathroom. I pre ordered food items to be in the room before checking in, and it did not happen until after our arrival. White wine was room temperature and should have been chilled hours before our check-in time. Staff at check-in not very friendly, very short with me, and i felt rushed during the checking process. For Vail, it was a very disappointing experience.

Amazing location!!! One of the best, walkable to the downtown area. Very clean and cozy, room and bathroom were very spacious.

Would Definitely Stay again!

Staff was first rate. Very warm and welcoming. I've stayed in Vail many times but never at this property and was very happy with everything. Especially liked the extra mile they went with texts and messages asking if we needed anything or any help with anything.

Was told the property took dogs. I called, and messaged and they assured me they did and it was fine. I expected an extra charge but didn't realize how steep the charge was for only staying one night. Wish I would have been told the charge when we contacted the property as we may have not brought the dog.

Comfortable and the location was nice

We had a room that opened from the outside patio and the first floor and they could not fix the lock so we were unable to lock up the room while we were out or while we were sleeping. Came back from lunch to find a maintenance guy in our room without any warning. Did not feel safe.

The property staff are lying cheating people and the owner was even worse promised to call back but didn’t! I still do not have my final bill but they have charged me $180… cheating people cheating staff lying staff and the manager Carlos thinks he is God. The most rudest man I have ever dealt with - as they say, what goes round comes around he will get his comeuppance and he will be treated 10 times worse than he treated us. He will pay back and his reward will not be from me but from above. Today I am giving them my hard earned cash unfairly but tomorrow I will receive the reward ten folds - and they will lose thousand folds. Would you want to stay in a hotel where the manager and owners of the hotel bring their customers to tears? absolutely awful stay. Rude & arrogant Manager.

Our room was very small. Only one chair in the room, also add on fee for $45.00 dollars to valet car across the street. Valet parked our so close to the other cars that we could not even open either door on our car to retrieve a bag we left behind. My wife had to crawl in from the rear hatch, Please have your valet be more considerate, especially when your parking a $75,000 Range Rover. Thank-You.
