I will definitely stay here when I’m in the area.

It was immaculate. Shower area was new and extremely nice. Carpet spotless. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Overall, you get what you pay for. The stay was decent for the price.

The breakfast was very basic, but the location was good, close to many convenience stores. The room was clean, though the sink clogged every time we used it. The trash bins were also quite small and couldn’t hold much. It was also noisy at nights.

I was disappointed that the breakfast was very basic and there was no water available. When I asked the front desk if there was a water dispenser, they simply said, “No, ma’am.”

Good Proximity to Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta

We were in Albuquerque for the weekend with plans to attend the Balloon Fiesta. This hotel was close to satellite parking for the fiesta (10 minute drive) making access to the fiesta easier than if we had driven there. The staff was very nice and accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags early so we could visit Petroglyph National Monument. Plenty of parking and a pool for those who like to swim. We could see the mass ascension of the balloons early Sunday morning from our balcony.

The breakfast was very limited. There were no decent restaurants nearby. Every hotel in the area jacked up the price for the fiesta, so the price for our stay was out of line with what one would typically expect to pay to stay here (but we were happy to find a place at all--others were sold out months in advance).

Breakfast was adequate. Did like that they have trail mix bars. Location was perfect for the Balloon Festival (on the weekend we could take the shuttle at Intel down the road).

Greayt value and clean room to stay while visiting friends in Rio Rancho. Convient location.

Room was very roomy and very clean. IT was also very big. Bed was comfortable and the TV and channels were exceptional.

Just a bit more breakfast selections. Otherwise, it was fine for a value hotel stay.

The room had a very strange smell. Also, was not very clean. For example, there was a used bar of soap in the shower from a previous guest.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed to function as expected.

There was no amenities information in the room. Like if there is a swimming pool where is it and what are the hours? There was no instructions or rather guides for the television. There was no information on restaurants or places to see while staying. It is just nice to have these things when you are unfamiliar with the area.

Overall our 2 night stay was good.

After other guests settled in at night because you can hear them talking outside it was quiet making it peaceful during the night. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good, not strong and bitter.

I didn't like that there's a huge cement wall right in front of room 112 where the dumpster is kept obstructing the view of the parking lot. You look out your window and you see a wall.

We didn't have breakfast there. The cost was high for the room. We paid $80 more for the same room we stayed at in Las Vegas, NM the night before.

The disappointment

First off booked for a king gave me a queen.Hair in microwave on tub and toilet.I was very disappointed at the least.We tried to get some sleep From a long drive to only waking up constantly due to the roa of construction 50 feet away all night to early morning.Oh by the way thanks for the heads up not.Ps I also think we m ay have got a contact high from the guy to doors down.At first I that we were sprayed by a 🦨 and the smell was coming through the air conditioners but it was Mary Jane.Needless to say won't be back.

We had a very restful and peaceful night not hearing the busy traffic.

Travel here from San Juan County for Surgery at Sandoval Regional today. I don’t get to try breakfast until morning. I am sure it will be delicious.

I didn't like that I could hear guest outside my room yelling and crying. Also the bathroom was a bit crowded for a plus size person.
