Ruined our whole trip. It caused much frustration within our family!

Um…some of the breakfast foods. 🤷‍♀️

Room was not clean. Smoke detector hanging by wires off ceiling. Toothpaste all over the bathroom wall and light switch. Sticky stuff on carpets. Sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. Don’t know if sheets hadn’t been changed or were permanent stains. We had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom since housekeeping were gone for the day. Asked to have smoke detector checked on our way out to dinner. When we came back the Clerk said he checked and it worked. In hindsight we should have stayed till the clerk checked it. Who knows if it really was checked. The pool itself looked clean but all the tables and chairs in the pool area were dirty. Breakfast had variety and was nice. However when I came down around 8:30 am there were few people there but every one of the tables needed wiped down. I sat at the least dirty one. We had booked rooms for two nights. We only stayed the one night out of necessity but did not staying there for the second night. Hoping to get a refund for the second night!

Disappointing in all aspects.

The breakfast buffet was non-existent . Nothing hot to eat. Only packaged muffins and yogurt. No cream for coffee, no fresh juice. 😞

Vending machine empty on our floor. No cold drinks, no ice machine. Bare minimum of anything that I expect to see or have at a hotel. Bathroom sink & tub stained. Towels were clean but light stains on them 😞

The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, there were enough pillows, & the towels were super soft.

The carpet was stained & torn and it smelled musty. It was noisy from the traffic on Hill Rd.

The service is great, the people who stayed there were not pleasant.

The service was friendly and very responsive. Our TV was not working the first night, I called down to the front desk and he came up and fixed it within 10 mins. He then assured us that if we had any other issues to please call at any hour!

The halls smelled of strong marijuana. After 10pm the halls had many kids being loud and running around. Through out the night this did not cease, but also became accompanied by loud slamming doors until about 4am.

Very nice and friendly staff. Main room and bathroom was clean. WIFI worked. Beds were comfortable.

Refrigerator was not. Lots of repairs needed. The pool and gym were closed for repairs, but the Booking.com site showed photos. This should have been clear. The smoke alarm went off twice after midnight, and it hung from its wires. We had repeated problems with our keys and needed to have them reprogramed.

Our stay at the Pickerington Comfort Inn.

The clean room and the location.

Noisy in room above us. Wasn't sure if it was construction going on or the people staying in the room. They moved furniture through out the night and walked back and forth very hard across the floor. Didn't have room cleaned for 4 days. But found out by a flyer on the front desk that you only get cleaning service if you ask. That should be explained when customers check in. So customers know what to expect.

The hotel only has one entrance and it is in a bad spot and super awkward. The pool was also closed for renovations which was a bummer.
