Location was great for my particular appointment.
Staff was very friendly.
Room seemed to be quiet.
No alarm clock/clock in the room.
Facial tissue retaining system broken and would fall out from the wall.
Bathtub washcloth broken/missing.
Rust on some bathroom fixtures.
The bathroom IR heat lamp/light did not work.

The comfy mattress was the best part
The toilet was like sitting on a kids, because it was so low to the ground. The room is VERY small. The bed was not attached to anything so it moved around. Breakfast area is very inadequate
