The staff fixed a problem with an incredible help. I ordered a 1 king room and was greeted with a dusty unfit room with 2 twin beds. I spoke to the staff member and was upgraded to a kings suite. I could not be happier with the compensation and will be choosing the same facility at my next visit to the area.
Of course when I was given a subpar room I was upset, but as I stated in the above bubble it was promptly fixed and I have absolutely no issues anymore.

i believe i was charged for 3 nights instead of 2. i call the hotel and was told i had to call booking.com as that is how i registered. i called booking.com and after reviewing my complaint they sent it to la Quinta to settle my complaint. I'm still waiting to hear back......
