Hot shower with good pressure, Waffles in the morning,

Linens were old, tv remote barely worked, door lock wouldn’t lock unless you lift the door up, weird noises on roof, parking not secured, one soap for sink and shower, toilet flush weak. Checked in late and the noc employee was new and couldn’t log in, pm checked me in

Bed was comfortable. Pretty roses in front of rooms. Quiet area.

Accessibility to rooms was difficult as there was only two places were it was adequately ramped (at the handicapped spots one one building and the far end of the other. No elevator. Also, another lamp in room at the desk would have been helpful. Door of room 117 is hard to open all the way into the room, it sticks when opening. Bottom of tub is dark and dirty looking.

I stayed two extra nights at the Holiday Inn in Lake El

This property is nothing but horrible. Nothing works, bed is terrible, shower leaks, bathroom old everything is broken, to be honest I will never stay at another Quality Inn.

Place need to be remodeled. I shared my concern and how bad the room was with a staff member whom I think is a franchisee/owner he did not seem to care as long as he got the money.

Worst stay ina quality inn. We got there after a tiring day and the room was filthy, the white comforters were dirty like they had foot prints. My kids found long hairs in between the sheets when they opened their beds. The room had a strong smell of mildew. There were hairs and dust on the floor. We left and requested a refund since there were no more rooms available for my family.

It was ok for a one night stay but we wouldn’t book this hotel for any length of time stay.

The rooms were pretty clean and orderly. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was close to freeways and places to eat.

Beds were uncomfortable and I smelled marijuana coming from some of the other rooms.

Night was quiet room is good size seems like clean

The housekeeper was running after me in the morning when I entered the front desk office the housekeeper guy or maintenance guy was standing in the middle of the door. As soon as I approached the door this guy popped up right on my face intentionally. After that when I checked out I was coming out of the office then another female housekeeper did the same thing she was sneaking behind me not inches away. There is a video surveillance camera. You can look up very scary because she was hiding outside the door on the left-hand side and she started tailgating me another thing I don’t like they don’t do weekly. This is what I was told by the lady standing at the front desk when I was checking out, she said I had to pay daily I couldn't pay weekly another thing I don't like at all is they charge $100 from my credit card saying it was a deposit so on top of whatever I pay for the stay I had to pay $100 extra my credit card get charged its not on hold and I haven't gotten my money back yet

Beautiful view, helpful staff & we were able to have a nice visit!

It had a beautiful view and close to restaurants, local shops & close by the freeway.

Unfortunately, our reservation got mixed up and then our room was almost reserved to another family and they were able to walk in while we were sleeping.

The staff was very accommoaging! And very friendly. They moved us to a new room there was no smell. Loved the ADA shower it was a azing!

The first room had the worst smell. We tried using febreze but the smell would not go away. Bed was bumpy not comfortable. Needed extra blanket and pillows but what we had was sufficient. I wanted some money back because of the smell of the first room.

The hotel room was beyond nasty , bathroom doors were dirty also when it came to the linen of the beds look like they haven't been changed in a while, not to mention hotel staff wasn't polite , upon arrival asked about late check out I was advised to call back at 5:00 in the morning to talk to the overnight agent,

Well, this is the second quality inn I've stayed. This one was way less quality bed was not in great condition it's too old. The breakfast area was empty bugs inthe room door has gap underneath rodent access. Shower takes to long to get hot. You charge the better hotels prices but fail to deliver. Both hotels you can hear the people upstairs. I will say I can afford better or pay the same price for a nicer Quality hotel. And actually have breakfast.

The staff Rachel was excellent. The carpet was filthy. I mean we had to lay the blankets down on the floor because our feet were disgusting after walking on it. The pool was fun. My grandkids and I enjoyed that a lot.
