staff was great. Kelly and Erin were terrific at sign in. We stayed 3 days and made a change on 2nd day. Lynnette was very helpful with breakfast and served us! First time ever in 15 years of traveling. Rooms were clean and great. Breakfast was
the best, with many choices and hot! Location was very good. If going to visit New Orleans, the best place to stay. 45 minutes away with easy access to interstate.

All the staff were great!! We stayed 3 nights!!! Breakfast was great, many choices!! First place that had eggs available for breakfast!!! Rooms were clean, bed was good. Kelly and Erin at front desk were very helpful. Lynnette helped us with the breakfast and served us. Never had that before in over 15 years traveling!!!! Location 45 minutes from New Orleans with easy access! the place to stay when wanting to visit New Orleans.

Guy at the front desk was very friendly. They gave us a late check out at 1pm instead of 11am which was great because we didn’t arrive until almost midnight.
The cleanliness of the rooms is a bit questionable (old blood stain on the comforter, couch a little gross looking, hallway carpets needing a vacuum). No bed bug concerns but just one of those places that you felt like you had to check a few times to be safe
