Location location location. This is the spot you want to be in OOB! Great changes to the restaurant Beach Vibes Bistro. Best nachos we ever had!

The smell inside the drawers seemed a little moldy but didn't affect our clothes

Location is great. walk across the street to be on the beach.

Toilet continually running after use. Bed's not the most comfortable.

The room was large with a microwave , small refrigerator, and sink. The bed was a single queen size on what seemed to be a platform. There was a large window and door which opened out onto a small porch on the second floor.

The electronic lock which locks the room had some issues , and would beep . Announcing that there was a problem with it . A few items in the room were broken. The light globe was missing , so that there was a light bulb only. The deadbolt lock on the porch door could not be closed. The shower water was scorching hot and you really needed to supervisor it or you could get burned ! We had an issue with the housekeeping people. The towels were removed from the room, but they did not replace them with new towels. The trash was removed but new bags were left on the containers , but not installed in them. They did not make the bed. We did go to the desk with the above complaints and room service was performed. When we spoke to the "housekeeping staff " why this happened and their explanation didn't make any sense. We said why don' t you complete each room before going on to the next ? No response was given. The on-site restaurant was good, but the prices were very high. Especially the breakfast menu. My feeling was that they were taking advantage of travelers.

Comfortable clean rooms, and friendly staff, good location for the beach.

Our tv/ spectrum box was broken and wouldn't work for more than 10 minutes. The knob for the shower was broken so finding hot/cold on the dial was a gamble.
