    Nice room but they didn’t arrange the breakfast properly. We had to wait in a very long queue and get the food.

    Staying here was a joy. The staff was awesome and the room was huge. My only issue would be the bathroom door would not close without slamming it and the air did not work the first night. Called but nobody showed up.

    Only 1 of 3 elevators was working so prepare to wait long when checking in or out with luggages. Hallways has this old carpet smell. In the room, airconditioning was working but noisy. Vent near the kitchen has collected A LOT of dust bunnies. Carpet was filthy. Linens were clean and water pressure was good. Good thing we only spent 1 night; we had to choose this hotel to fit our group. Best to park in the opposite building but since it was a busy time, we had no choice but use valet. Location was walking distance to the Riverwalk and Alamo, but traffic getting to the area was horrible that day.
