    It’s definitely good for the price. right down the road from old Orchard Beach and a bunch of good restaurants my family and I had an amazing time there. me and the wifey put the kids to bed at night and we’re outside having a few cold ones enjoying some music enjoying the vacation. It was very nice.

    Ended up not using the room. Did not ask for refund but owner kept my deposit for 11 days. Had to to threaten legal action to FINALLY get it back.
