    I’ve never encountered a hotel so mean and inflexible. I can’t believe the staff acts this way – it’s as if there was no training at all. The customer experience clearly isn’t a priority. These employees seem amateur and not suited for hospitality. No wonder Best Western struggles to be a top brand – there’s no compassion or flexibility here. I arrived early at 12 PM, fully aware that check‑in was at 3 PM. I simply asked to store my bag while I went to lunch. The answer: no, they don’t offer luggage storage. First time I’ve ever heard of a hotel without this basic service. I then asked for the Wi‑Fi password while waiting, and was told I couldn’t have it until check‑in. There are two massage chairs in an open room. When I went at midnight, the staff said they were “closed” – even though the room was empty and unlocked. The next day after check‑out, I was told I couldn’t use them because I had already checked out. I understand policies, but the attitude made me feel completely unwelcome. There is no gym on site – the nearest one is a 40-minute walk away. Staff seemed unhappy and dismissive, treating customers like criminals. The location is perfect, but I will never stay here again. Because of this Best Western, I won’t stay at any Best Western properties. Truly an awful experience.
