Close to where I had to work
I had to call the front desk twice. The first time I left my room, the dead bolt popped out and I couldn’t close the door. I couldn’t get it to go back in. A staff member had to show me to turn the door handle to make it go back in. It should be fixed, or don’t put people in that room. The second time was the next morning when the hair dryer wouldn’t work. The one they brought up as a replacement worked in the same outlet. Luckily there are many options for hotels for my next stay in DTC.
