Very friendly staff and very clean (and im picky, I check everything). Beds were comfy and the view was amazing. We could see all the fireworks along the beach. Super close to the beach and walking distance to all the shops as well.
Our next door neighbors were obviously drunk and stayed up talking loud until 3am almost 4am and then they started screaming and beating on each other with a small child in the room terrified saying (no please, not my mommy). I felt sick hearing that. I called the front desk and they quickly took care of it but I couldn't go back to sleep đ which made me terribly tired and made my whole morning just horrible. We had a 3 hour drive home.

The room was excellent, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. It was also fun to watch the mama deer and her two babies cut across the lawn next to the hotel. They tried to check-in in the lobby, but were told there was no vacancies. LOL
The window in our room was not fully in the track, it was just laying half in the track with a 1 inch gap where the window was just leaning on the window frame. My husband fixed it. Our room was much quieter after that.

Lights that were in the room were very dirty full of dust and I would say windows needed to be cleaned
