the hotel is getting a major renovation. only the building we stayed in was open, and it was perfectly fine. VERY long wait for hot water though. pool and jacuzzi closed.. I did not see this noted at booking.
That most of the hotel eminities were closed or very reduced due to renovations was not clearly stated in hotel description when booking.

I am guessing the weekend has a better breakfast, as there was a container of syrup, but there was nothing to put syrup on. There were bagels, bread, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, and cereal. The room was nice, and smelled very clean. The pool was not open.
I am not sure how, as we never went to the front desk besides to check in, but the hotel marked us as being checked out. At 9 am, as my aunt and mom were finishing getting dressed, the door just flew open and a man and a lady were there. I assume they were there to clean the room. They apologized in passing later on, and said our room was marked as having us checked out.
