We felt welcomed and safe. The staff is very attentive and the room was clean.

The entrance and lobby is well kept. The staff at the reception was suuper nice and friendly!

I would say the bathroom could use and update. The door to the bathroom is really outdated. When we arrived the guy didn‘t really wanted to help us with our bags, even though they have these golden carts/trollys to put the luggages on.

Room was very nice , bed very comfortable. Tv great, charging station next to bed.

Breakfast on Mother’s Day was from 6:30-8:30, no other food was available after 8:30, not even brunch? No explanation was given except it was Mother’s Day! The access to the room was via a ramp from the desk area. Very steep for handicapped people with walkers or wheelchairs. Had to brake going down hill. When leaving had to get help from the front desk to go up the ramp. The thermostat was hard to operate, would not stay on temperature selected. There were no directions next to thermostat. I had to set temperature about three degrees below the desired temp inorder to get the ac to operate. I am a retired electrician and understand the operation of a thermostat, but this one did not properly operate!

Clean and large rooms, good bed, easy to adjust thermostat. Stupidly, insanely good room coffee.

The bathroom and main room are good quality, but my favorite thing was the room coffee. They use Lavazza coffee, which I had never had before, and it is the best quick make coffee I could ever imagine. The capsules tasted like well pulled espresso. Better than anything you'd find except in a shop where a barista knew how to actually adjust and clean the machine properly. It wasn't bitter, it was full flavor and strong.

Only two notes: the door to the room has about a quarter inch gap at the bottom, it would be nice if it was all the way to the ground. And you can hear the TV from the adjacent room. More than one should. Be careful if you are self conscious about making noises.

too loud, lacks cozy feel, not peaceful

If you face the east you literally face the 5 freeway with nonstop perpetual traffic. way too loud and ambient noise is too much to sleep in a peaceful quiet room. They decided to test the entire buildings fire alarms for 2 hours straight with alarms going off nonstop over and over interrupting sleep and rest and peace while people are resting in the property. Absolutely ridiculous and lacks any respect sense or courtesy whatsoever toward the paying customer.
