The property was easily accessible to I-95, well lit parking and close to stores, restaurants, and services. The room looked new and was very clean. Loved that the vanity lights in the bathroom were actually bright.
The pillows were super soft and the bed was very firm. Would have been nice to have the opposite but it was still a great stay.

Good breakfast, good location.
The PEP system was down when we arrived. We waited an hour to get into our rooms. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and was doing all she could to help us, but she had trouble reaching her manager for help, and when she did finally reach her manager he would not come in to help her. He basically left her to figure it out on her own. At some point the system must have come back online because she was able to let us into our rooms, but not before we had waited there in the lobby for over an hour. She was apologetic and as helpful as possible, but she apparently wasn’t trained how to handle such a situation, and her manager was no help to her.
