Friendly staff! Family enjoyed breakfast options I liked espresso/hot coco machine in lobby Hot spa and nice pool

One of the nights I came back to my room and was alarmed if someone was in my room or not. I notified front desk, they offered to move me, but I have large family, stuff everywhere, and sleeping kids and I said no. They told me they would check cameras and get back to me. They never did. Why did I think someone was in my room? I came to self conclusion it was cleaning staff who may have started, and left without cleaning. Shower bottles were on counter of bodywash and shampoo being poured together and some kind of keychains left behind were not mine. That day no trash removed or beds made and was confused and this alarmed to find strange things in room. 2nd thing didn’t like was the spa was gross with some kind of bubble film. It needed Matainance. Shameful to admit my family went in anyway with sore bodies from adventuring and one of reasons we wanted hotel was for spa. Just made sure everyone showered good after. 3rd, pull out bed was terrible! My child ended up sleeping on top folded because cushions were more comfortable then want to be mattress.

Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Desk, room, and kitchen staff were all very nice & helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The lighting over the sink in our room was very poor; difficult for putting in contacts, shaving, etc. A wall-mounted lighted extendable mirror would be a nice solution.

The breakfast was great, clean room to eat in just ran out fast of items

the room was decent just had door opened to outside which had a gap under door for stuff to get in and not as safe. We asked to have carpet vacummed and fridge to set higher as I are food was not staying cold. The large vent for AC was loud in bedroom and dirty , the small balcolny off bedroom was not usable since the drain pipe hose from the AC unit leaked water on the balcolny at top. Water everywhere and on your head. gross, the vent that pushed air in room aimed right above the bed and had dust coming out as you slept. Carpet had bad smell and made our skin itchy. The laundry room with only one washer/dryer the dryer was not drying the clothes, when I told the front desk he right away said " we don't handle that, call the number listed on machine. After spending $7.00 and damp/wet clothes no apoligy or even place a broken sign to warn it did't work! I made a sign to warn others! I didn't expect refund from hotel but common courtesy to your guests paying out money and your machines not working properly and being there over a week, and no sign after I called desk which I noticed the dryer vent seemed to be very clogged from inside vent then the duty of the hotel staff knowing a issue to guest " making a call " isn't asking much on there end considering cost of staying there overpriced for the place. I also stayed one night then paid deposit for room and checked out then in again for a week due to mix up on dates. They charged me another deposit for same room and instead of keeping deposit attached is more sense so in reality I paid $300 deposit fee as I waited till end for applying back to me very annoying and made zero sense as to why one person pays $150 and then I pay $300 overall is how it seems for same room didnt change rooms.

Room was ok but the weird balcony they have is so dirty breakfast was gross and they over charged me and still haven’t gotten back to me about it

The breakfast was horrible. I’ve stayed here before and the breakfast was so good. I was really disappointed, the staff said that they changed it 3 months ago to save money. But, honesty wouldn’t stay again because I enjoyed the breakfast and hotel.

The location

The pictures were deceiving. The rooms were extremely dated and did not match the pictures. The sink was in the main room and not in the bathroom. The beds were So uncomfortable and the breakfast was cold.

Very very outdated

Rooms very old and in need of upgrading. Furniture uncomfortable. No sink in the bathroom….but on the bedroom counter! Lighting very dim. Outside room access.

AC didn't work, bed was was too firm, pillows made me sweat, carpet felt gross to walk on after a shower, TV's were small compared to compititors

Everyone was very friendly smd accommodating and the place was well taken cared of.

Very cleam very good breakfast

Room 225 was very noise, ould hear freeway motorists. Other guests partied and made so much noise until .3 am. in the morning. . We go no sleep. We saw beer cans outside our door. No one addressed the issue.

Air conditioner is comfortable. Breakfast is nice. The mattress is very good. Staff is kind and helpful. All neighbors are quiet. Very friendly for kiddos.

I didn’t feel anything bad.

Breakfast was great, hot meals every morning. Room was cleaned every day. Available coffee and hot chocolate all day. It’s easy and fast to get extra towels.

Refrigerator wasn’t working, and when I asked to repair, it still wasn’t as cold as it should be, freezer not working. Laundry was horrible, it was very expensive and dirty. $4 dryer didn’t dry the clothes throughly, needed another cycle, which is $8– laundry mats are $1.50 only. Water has a weird taste.

Breakfast Amount of dirt, in floor edges corners filthy. Leaking shower causing wet floor and toilet.

Close to the soccer field

Barely any parking, staff was rude, ice machines didn’t work. The sink was on the counter with the tv in front of the bed. Kinda weird. Contacted the property 2 times with no response. Had to pay $30 to check in 2 hours early.

The room was big

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good, warm food made right in front of you. Very clean, comfortable and in a quiet area.

The kids didn’t want to play in the pool, it was a little dirty.
