This hotel has the potential to be great. The room and the lobby were nicely decorated. There was 24-hr coffee and the breakfast included hot options.

Unfortunately, the "pet-friendliness" spoiled this hotel for me. As non-pet owners we asked to be given a room on a floor with no pets if possible. We were told the rooms on 1st floor were for pets and that usually there were no pets on the other floors. So, we took a room on the second floor. However, most times I left the room there were dogs (1-3) in the hall. There were also several spots of dog slobber on the brand new carpet in the hall. The second morning, we awoke to a pile of dog poop about 5 feet outside our room door. When I called the front desk to report it, I was told it would be at least 45 min before anyone could respond since the maids were not in yet. Not what I wanted to hear! And WHAT DOG OWNER doesn't clean up after their pet defecates in the building! Yes, if you are a dog owner this is the place to go. But for me, it's a non-repeat.

The hotel is becoming rundown!!! Carpet was dirty. Our keycard would not work to let us back into our room after breakfast. They tried rekeying it 3 times with no luck. The same woman trying to run the complimentary breakfast was the one at the front desk trying to help us. She was frazzled and certainly unable to focus. The overall service was unacceptable for any rating even average or above.
