Staff and service was very good. Really welcoming, helped with our luggage.
Location was very good, close to tram station
Lots of fresh watermelon for breakfast everyday
Coffee and juice machine for breakfast had issues several days but was okay as instant coffee was available

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything you need. The tram station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. There are also many restaurants, cafés, shops, and tourist attractions nearby.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Tarik at the reception and Mr. Mustafa at the restaurant. They were exceptionally polite, professional, and cooperative with every guest, always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.
