Homewood Suites Medford

Location was great!

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

Excellent location for medical appointments. Easy parking and extremely friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was actually very good. They have a lovely outdoor area with seating. The plants and hanging baskets both interior and exterior add so much to the property! We didn’t swim but the pool looked nice!!

The bed was miserable. A mattress on a platform and NOT comfortable. The TV was on the welcome channel when we arrived but it would not turn off no matter what we did. Had to end up unplugging it which wasn’t an easy task. Elevator wasn’t working the evening we arrived but was fixed by the next morning. That was less than ideal as we were in town for medical appointments which made stairs difficult. The bathroom was showing signs of wear but was very clean as was the rest of the room.

The breakfast had a good array of food, and the employee preparing everything was super helpful and friendly! The grounds were well kept. The room had everything we needed. The TVs in both the "living room" and the bedroom were up to date and larger than we've seen at other hotel chains.

Elevator moaned and groaned a lot. It worked, but it didn't give us the most comforting feeling.

Staff was friendly and easy to answer questions.

Beds were harder than I would expect. Breakfast was not warm.
