Extended Studio Suites Hotel- Bossier City

Ample space for an extended stay.

None of the amenities were available during our stay. Our stove didn't work, and management did nothing to repair it. We had a weekend that was interrupted by a very unruly crowd hanging outside our room. Our queen sized bed was actually a full size. There are many other things to mention, just not enough room. Under proper management, this 2.5-star hotel could become a 4-star easily. Too bad they would rather pinch pennies instead of making improvements.

The area is quiet. Plenty of room.

The amenities are pretty much nonexistent, and the pool has no water in it. My stove does not work. Our room is damp. Would love to have a bathtub instead I have a walk in shower. Overall the place could improve and move from a 2.5 star to a 4 star with minor improvements

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean good location to casinos

Room was comfortable. Please have new carpet or hardwood floors. The carpet was dusty and dirty.

Staffing had no remedy or process in place to address snow and ice piled up for days on porch and surrounding area on property ground. For days no one came to even address the matter. I understand the weather was challenging for all however, at least have remedies and means to remove the ice from walkway, porches and ground area to prevent injuries. Someone came to break up the ice on the fourth or fifth day but left all of the blocks of ice along the stairs which was very dangerous. Totally hazardous walking on slick ice to go to the parking lot and existing building.
