The room is big.
- No drinking water and toiletries.
- It’s noisy outside when I stayed there and the room isn’t sound proof.
- The reservation system seems to be weak.
- Staff especially the old lady who works on night shift had no idea about customer service and her job. She doesn’t know where the rooms are and even told me the room I booked wasn’t available, doesn’t look at booking details as my room includes breakfast and she said otherwise.
