The lobby was going to closed at 11 pm for some reason and they called me to let me know the lady who was working that night stayed 30 minutes longer to wait for me to arrive.
She was absolutely fantastic and I very much appreciated everything she did for me for Thanksgiving

No soaps or shampoo, not enough blankets(the one used was very thin) so had to turn the heat up which was loud
