We got very delayed off our cruise ship in Vancouver so when we got on the road I called and told them it might be close to 10pm when we got there. They we very gracious about holding our room.
The room had an odor. I mentioned it when we checked out. They said they would look into it. And they sounded sincere, not sure to apeas me.
The bed was way too soft.

Staff was great!
Cigarette smell and you could tell someone has once smoked in the room. Condensation from the ceilings in the bathroom is how you could for sure tell..
