You get what you pay for(read it all)

So, for the price most of the stuff was great! We originally got the king suit smoking room but it wasn't cleaned so he said he'd put us in a different one, this one was two full size beds smoking room. I'm not complaining about that, just keep in mind what they say is available may not be. The TV had good channels, the room and bathroom weren't dirty, but don't expect 5 star room quality for as cheap as they are. We just stayed literally for 6 hours because I was too tired to drive home. It was like $65 and you really can't beat it. My fiance and i's initial search for bedbugs and roaches(were extremely adamant about searching) was promising, we saw nothing in our extensive search. My biggest complaint however, and this is big, is when we woke up there was one roach in the bed and one in the bathroom. I believe these migrated from a different room but they were in the hotel room nonetheless. The staff were awesome though, although the day staff did seem slightly dismissive about the roaches.

Cheap and dirty.

Good price.

It was a very dirty hotel room and not well maintained. The room had bugs we had to kill. The toilet had public hair on it to the point we don’t want to use it.

The worst hotel I've ever been to.

Nothing.

There was blood, semen and cigarette burns in the bedding. Black hair in the sheets and showers. People partying and screaming and fighting. Apparently they "live" there.

Old and dingy towels and washcloths with not enough in the room. Bedsheets, blankets and pillowcases all had stains on them. Very thin walls with the beds metal frame alerting everyone close your every move on the bed big or small.

Friendly staff. Easy to book back to back bookings.

The toilet started leaking, they wouldn’t fix it. Said they was gonna change my sheets and towels, all my things got moved but they didn’t change the bed or towels. The room stunk and the lady at the desk tried to say my stuff was what smelled. The didn’t give me the refundable deposit of 50 from either booking. They didn’t answer the phone in the morning or early in the day. No parking, people even parked in the handicap ramp, the whole room felt damp. It didn’t match the pictures from the the booking. No new room, no refund, nothing. Would not recommend to stay.

The manager and staff were so nice, kind and helpful. They are really good people. We felt safe and welcomed. The room was very clean.

The back side of the property is were we were assigned and the unsavory foot traffic, prostitution, solicitation and drug activity in plain view was unacceptable (any of them individually would suffice much less all 3 activities). 1. Front desk was very rude .I did ask for 2nd floor smoking on booking.com and she neglected to read that. She said all 2nd rooms were full for the night. That was a lie.At 2 a.m. I got up and walked to 2nd floor and a lot or rooms were empty. I did ask for a better bed .It was very uncomfortable..when one person got up the bed would make small bomb like sounds and any items on the bed would tilt or lean and make items fall. They should be willing to give me a refund but that's something you at booking.com should do for me or highlight this hotel as being low rated

Stinky and Dirty

The staff were friendly. The location is near my father and my son and grandchildren

1. As soon as we walked inside the room it reeked of nasty cigarette smoke and the beds smelled like nasty stale cigarettes. Horrible! 2. The TV remote was absolutely nasty! I bought Clorox wipes to clean it!! Disgusting!! 3. The entire room and bathroom need a very deep cleaning. It was the dirtiest and nastiest place I've ever stayed!! I'll NEVER stay there again. Like they say, you get what you pay for! Next time I go visit family, I will pay more to get a clean and nice smelling motel room.

First room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke and did not have a remote, we were moved to another room. Then the air went out in that room and we were moved again. The 3rd room smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the bedspread. Pool was overgrown and nasty. No coffee makers anywhere on site.
