    The staff are super friendly, however the room didn't have all the ammenities described - there was no in room safe and you'r not really meant to leave luggage at reception. The door to my room though able to close felt like it could be easily opened as it didn't close firmly. There were lots of ants in the bathroom and the showered leaked causing a puddle to form on the floor. I'm sure the room had been cleaned but there were toe nail clippings on the floor and lots of hair in the bath tub. The tap also couldn't be stopped only reduced to a slow stream. That said, location wise it wasn't far from the convention centre or gaslamp quarter and was closer to the zoo - which wall all great. The only other downside is the single glazing, normally not a problem, especially as it's so warm, but as the hotel is surrounded by main roads it can be hard to get to sleep at night.
