Im not Happy i taught i reserve king sizeroom but they said at the counter 2 beds but I insist so i didn’t argue , they gave me 1 full bed up in 14 th floor , its fine then 👍😌

It was close to the mall.
No handicap door at their main entrance. Weird vent on the shower wall. Temperature regulation was poor in the room and the conference suit. Lack of allergen friendly options in their cafe and store. Dirty ironing board. Lighting switches in the conference room faulty and unstable. Delayed elevator door opening and forceful elevator movements. Lack of front desk presence. Too much space in between bathroom stalls in conference area and not enough restrooms for a conference center, 3 stalls. Very outdated throughout full hotel.
